$100.00 DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED WHEN PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER IS RECEIVED.

Per Virginia State Law, All animals under the age of 6 months, not spayed or neutered must be done by your personal vet within 30 days after they reach 6 months of age. We will require proof that this was done.

Please note that the adoption contract is a binding contract. We highly reccommend you read it thoroughly before signing
